Welcome to the Togo Trade Portal, implemented by the 'Ministère du Commerce, de l'Artisanat et de la Consommation Locale' with the technical assistance of the International Trade Centre (ITC), funded by GIZ and additional support of the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development (UNCTAD).
The Togo Trade Portal is part of the implementation of Articles 1.1 and 1.2 of the World Trade Organization (WTO) Trade Facilitation Agreement. It provides easy access to trade information and offers "step-by-step" guidance on import, export, and transit procedures from the perspective of users, including local and foreign entrepreneurs.
The Portal serves as an electronic database of regulations and administrative procedures related to cross-border trade. It provides clear and transparent information to economic operators, contributing to the achievement of trade facilitation objectives in Togo. It enhances Togo's connectivity with neighboring countries, aiming to increase trade exchanges and also helps the Togolese government streamline and simplify cross-border trade procedures for the benefit of the private sector.
Our team, supported by the Technical Committee for Trade Facilitation (CTFE), strives to make cross-border trade regulations more transparent and their implementation more efficient in order to attract investors for the development of the Togolese economy.
